Happy Friday, everyone! It's been a while since we had our last health and fitness Friday. Ooops.
With our guests the last two weekends, we have done nothing but eat and drink. Not that this is too much of a problem, but it certainly doesn't help with healthy eating.
I am also in need of catching up on sleep. I've tried to go to bed early and detach from all electronics; it's soo hard though.
Here's a few helpful tips on how to improve your sleep:
The only thing I think they missed with #8 is keeping the room cold. I like the bedroom to be freezing! It makes all the difference in the world.
