Health and Fitness Friday

Happy Friday!  This week has been brutal.  I didn't cook at all, so unlike me, and haven't brought in my lunch but once this week.  Next week I have to be more prepared.  I feel like a terrible wife.

I've mentioned before that I would love to be able to complete a detox.  Unfortunately, I like food too much to go without.  Good news though, here are 20 detoxifying foods to introduce to your diet (source: if you're like me and like your solids:

I'm a fan of everything on this list except 7, 13, 16, 17 and 19 (I'm not even really sure what 19 is actually).  My favorite two on the list are 3 and 9.
